These Terms govern your use of CoffeeInc.com and purchases from Coffee Inc. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy, Shipping, and Return and Refund policies.

1. Store and fulfillment

Coffee Inc. is an independent retailer and curator. Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, we do not manufacture, roast, pack, or own the third-party products offered. Approved suppliers may store, pack, and ship orders directly to you. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners; their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement.

2. Product information

We work to present accurate descriptions, images, ingredients, certifications, availability, and pricing, but supplier information may change. Packaging may differ from images. Please read the product label and manufacturer instructions before use. If site information conflicts with the delivered label, the delivered label controls.

3. Coffee, caffeine, and supplements

Content is for general information and is not medical advice. Caffeine and dietary supplements may not be appropriate for everyone. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use if you are pregnant or nursing, under 18, sensitive to caffeine, taking medication, or have a medical condition. Do not exceed label directions. Statements about dietary supplements have not necessarily been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration, and products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.

4. Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only when we confirm it for fulfillment. We may reject or cancel an order because of supplier availability, pricing or catalog error, suspected fraud, shipping restrictions, or quantity limits. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the affected amount. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Prices, taxes, and promotions

Prices and promotions may change without notice. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Discounts may have separate conditions and cannot be combined unless stated.

6. Shipping, title, and risk

Supplier processing and carrier delivery estimates are not guarantees. Separate items may arrive in separate packages. Title and risk of loss transfer as provided by applicable law. Review our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Ingestible and perishable products are generally final sale except when damaged, defective, expired, contaminated, incorrect, or otherwise required by law.

8. Acceptable use

You may not use the site unlawfully, interfere with its operation or security, scrape or resell site content without permission, impersonate another person, submit false information, infringe intellectual property, or attempt unauthorized access.

9. Intellectual property

The Coffee Inc. site design, original content, and Coffee Inc. branding are owned by or licensed to Coffee Inc. Third-party product names, logos, packaging, and images remain the property of their respective owners or licensors.

10. Third-party services

The store uses Shopify and may use payment processors, suppliers, carriers, analytics, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for unrelated third-party sites reached through external links.

11. Disclaimer and limitation

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not warrant uninterrupted operation or error-free supplier data. Nothing in these Terms excludes warranties or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Coffee Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the affected order, except where law requires otherwise.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Coffee Inc. from third-party claims arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of these Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in California, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence.
